She has wide experience in teaching MBA and other post graduate students and has been an MBA faculty for over 26 years. Dr. Elizabeth is an MBA from the prestigious Madras University, M.Phil from Bharathiar University and has qualified in UGC-NET. More importantly, she is a PhD from CUSAT (Cochin University of Science and Technology) in Organizational Behaviour and is an expert to advice you in your growth. She has published over 30 articles in nationally and internationally renowned journals such as Thomson Reuter and Scopus Indexed journals, and holds editorial board position in several reputed journals. She has chaired several conferences and has authored three books including Psychological Empowerment and Job Satisfaction published by Palgrave Macmillan Publication, UK and Counselling skills for Managers.
