DCSMAT Vagamon is a placement focused institution and strives to achieve 100% placement. 17 July 2024 is a very special day for us. The last of the 87 students who had to be placed was finally placed on that day. Congratulations to the placement team.
Passion Trumps Prediction
Placing all students is a major challenge. Most students come with challenges of mindset, attitude and communication. Then we work with them in groups, teams and finally one-on-one. The SOP (Student Ownership Program of DC, Vagamon is different. It is unlike the mentoring elsewhere. Here the faculty takes responsibility for each student in the SOP group and works with all with the motto – DEVELOP FOR LIFE; DEVELOP FOR CAREER.
Buoyed by the fully residential campus, placement becomes a passion or shall be call it obsession with the TEAM here.
100 percent placement is the outcome of this passion. Placing the last few was a major challenge….and finally placing the last one became even more tough. The resilient placement team kept at it. The placement team built a multi-layer strategy and finally managed to line up 4 companies who considered the student. And finally, the student was selected for one of them.
That is a passion for LEARNER SUCCESS.
