Placement Overview

We train our students diligently to develop competencies that corporate value. It is the responsibility of the students to build their strength in these and showcase them to the corporate during the recruitment process. Being a reputed business school of Kerala, we have several recruiters who recruit from us regularly. The school has been having 95 to 100 % placement record in most years. Of these most students are placed while in campus and a few after they complete the program.

A student will be eligible for placement through DCSMAT provided there is no history of suspension, record of heinous offences such as ragging, history of moral turpitude such as use of unfair means in an examination, gender related offences and adequate attendance in the placement training as given in various policies. Some students may become ineligible to attend the recruitment process for certain companies because of restrictions imposed by the companies on the selection criteria. For example, some organization do not permit those with less than 60% marks (which may be higher in some cases) in the graduation, arrears in the any of the MBA courses etc. to attend their recruitment process. Similarly, organization may have minimum period service bond, non-acceptance of other placements once placed etc. These restrictions vary from organization to organization and DCSMAT or any other business schools has any role in it.
