Recognized as a Research Centre of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam vide the University order No. 9864/AC A 6/2023/MGU dated 19.09.2023.
You can be either a full-time or a part-time scholar. As a full-time scholar, you can expect additional support in addition to your JRF or SRF funds commensurate with your research competency. You can expect support for conference travel and conference fees.
Currently, we have exceptional guidance expertise in HR and OB and in Marketing. Some of our faculty members regularly publish in ABDC ‘A’ level journals and you can learn to publish in such competitive journals.
Candidates should have qualified for the MG University Ph.D entrance or with NET/JRF which is valid at the time of application.
Selection will be based on eligibility in the qualifying exam, synopsis of the topic the candidate intends to study, availability of vacancies with the research guides and final approval from MG University. More importantly, the candidate should demonstrate exceptional commitment to research and should be willing to work hard.

You can expect complimentary single room or shared room with another research scholar, subsidized food, laundry services and other benefits. If you prefer to be a full-time candidate, you will be able to enjoy the residential facility, long library hours, computer facility and other support system which will make your research scholar tenure enjoyable and rewarding. The school will also help you to gain access to the faculty council as a permanent invitee, learning to teach using case methods and other sophisticated pedagogical tools which will help you to settle down quickly as a faculty after your research.
