Residential rooms are triple occupancy which helps build qualities of teamwork, adapting to living with people unlike oneself and of course helps to keep the residential fee low. There is hot water for bathing, RO purified normal temperature and warm water for drinking, scientific waste disposal, incinerators, fully automated laundry which washes, irons and provides you fresh clothes to wear. The canteen provides you daily non-veg/veg food as per choice three times a day in addition to tea and snacks in the evening. The Babu Chettan’s canteen caters for home-type food, and the coffee shop caters some of the modern preferences such as patties, cutlet, pizzas and other such items. The borma provides you with exotic cakes and pastries and you will always remember your birthday cake here. A very low cost tea and snacks counter also exists for quick cup of tea/coffee, bread omelet, instant noodles etc. All these are operated by locals of Pullikanam.
